Maximum capacity of 4 people. Comprised of a living-dining room with a window to the street, a bedroom with a window to a patio, a separate and equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The living room includes a sofa bed, a large table, TV, DVD + DiVX, lots of space to store personal belongings and a black fireplace which gives a special touch to the room. The kitchen is fully equipped (2-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, juicer, refrigerator, utensils and dishes for 6 people…).

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC, hair dryer and closet. The bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a chest of drawers where you can find towels. The apartment is located in the 9^th district of Paris, between Gare du Nord and Montmartre hill.

Located 10 minutes walking from the Pigalle neighbourhood and Moulin Rouge, from Sacré-Coeur and from the town of Montmartre, and it’s also 15 minutes walking from the large boulevards, the Garnier Opera and the big shops (Galleries Lafayette, Printemps, Haussmann).

Very easy access to public transportation (underground: lines 2, 4, 5, 7; RER: D, B, E; Bus: 26, 30, 31, 54, 85, 42) which makes travelling fast and easy to the principal attractions of the city such as: Arch of Triumph, Luxembourg garden, Champs Elyées, The Louvre Museum, the Latin neighbourhood, Notre Dame, Place of the Bastille or Châtelet…). The Gare du Nord (Northern station) is only 300 meters from the apartment. After long walks in the city, it is very easy to sit down and eat in a restaurant or go shopping in the area surrounding the apartment (cafes, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, wine shops, flower shops, book shops, salons….).
