This Bed & Breakfast is located 5 km away from Paris, in the south of the capital. The Bed&Breakfast is owned by the Nivault family, who will host you in their guest rooms in L'Haÿ-les-Roses. The "Yellow" bedroom is on of three guest bedrooms proposed in that B&B, located in the south of Paris. The "Yellow" bedroom, same as the other guest rooms, is situated in an annex house in the back of the regularly shaped garden. In the garden you will find furniture and barbecue for your disposal. The "Yellow" guest room can host up to 3 people, thanks to it double bed (190x140cm) and one singel bed (190x90cm) . The breakfasts is already included in the price. Every guest room is equipped with an independent bathroom with shower and toilets.
The French breakfast will be served in the veranda before you the start of your visit of Paris and its monuments and sightseeing boots; The riverboots will make you discover the very different aspects of Paris. The cathedral Notre Dame de Paris, the Eiffel tower, the Louvre museum or the Champs Elysées...the greatest avenue in the world. From that B&B located south of Paris you can access the capital very easily. The bus 172 stops right by the house and will take you either to the metro station Villejuif Louis Aragon, which drives directly to Paris or to RER B in Bourg La Reine which can drive you to the both airports of Paris (Orly and Charles de Gaulle). Moreover, bus 186 which stops by the corner of the street will take you directly to Paris (the service is open until 00H30).
After a long day of tourism activities in Paris, the shaped garden will delight you and offer you a restful place far from the Parisian buzz. The B&B offers also meals for a supplementary of 15 euros (half price for children under 10). The B&B is ideal for a family stay in Paris, it offers a parking spot in front of the house and it is close to a hypermarket.

The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival
