Located in the 2nd district of Paris at the 2nd floor of a typical parisian building without elevator, the windows of the bedroom and of the living room let you see Grenéta street and Goldoni place, a pedestrian area ; moreover there is much natural light getting in the apartment. The owner requires the payment of 30% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 70% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
