On foot you can join in 20 min the Seine and in only 10 minutes the Ópera.
NOTE: In order to book this property, the owner requests a deposit of 50% of the rent by bank transfer in a maximum term of 7 days to count from the date when the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival to the flat when the keys will be handed over.
For reservations made less than 10 days before the arrival, the total payment has to be paid when handing over the keys, when one arrives at the apartment. |
